#6 Discovery

Since we were on the topic of space, here is one of my favorites shots of when I visited the Smithsonian outside of Dulles Airport close to Washington DC. That museum is basically even more awesome than all the other museums I’d seen so far, a hangar full of old airplanes ranging from the B-29 that dropped the bomb on Hiroshima (Enola Gay), to the Concorde, to faster plane ever with the SR-71, and tons of space stuff. There’s more on Apollo, Gemini and Mercury, but of course the Space Shuttle Discovery is the highlight of it all (June 2016)
