#8 Spain

My wife started talking about Spain today, somehow it came up at her work and she asked if I’d ever been (raised in Europe so it’d make sense). So I told her of course we’d been together once for one day, and outside of that I went as a child for just a few days, at the time it never grew on me. The beach wasn’t very nice, the people were rude and the campsite we stayed at just wasn’t anything special. And then the time we went together to San Sebastian, I wasn’t too impressed either. Hardly any food around outside the tapas (considered snacks), and the people weren’t very friendly. So all and all, it was so-so. The town itself is beautiful though, I learned to appreciate it more after looking at the photos more often over the years. Here’s a shot from the beach, and I’m going to post a few more over the next few days to bring back some memories. (September 2010)
